FIFA has opened volunteer applications for the 2026 World Cup, giving fans a chance to be involved in the first men’s tournament hosted across three countries.
The soccer organization is asking for more than 65,000 volunteers over the course of six weeks to work across the 16 host cities. Volunteers will support 23 different sections, including stadiums, training sites, airports, hotels and more. According to FIFA president Gianni Infantino, this will be the largest volunteer program for a FIFA event to date.
