WASHINGTON — An Indiana man who was shot by members of the United States Secret Service in March is slated to be sentenced on Tuesday.
Court records indicate Andrew Dawson's sentencing date was set on July 14. He accepted a plea agreement in May.
A copy of the agreement, which was obtained by FOX59/CBS4, indicates Dawson pleaded guilty to carrying a pistol without a license. Remaining counts Dawson faced were dropped as part of the deal.
