STEPHENS COUNTY, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Stephens County Sheriff’s Office reports the search for a burglary suspect led to several arrests.

Deputies report responding to a residence on Shady Lane in Toccoa on July 24. A woman said she was checking on a family member’s property and saw signs of breaking and entering as well as missing items including firearms, jewelry, and identifying documents belonging to a deceased person.

Investigators identified 32-year-old Brandon Lee Threlkeld as a suspect and issued warrants for burglary in the first degree and criminal trespass, deputies said.
