AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The Austin Police Department is searching for two suspects involved in an aggravated robbery on Saturday, July 19 in downtown Austin, a press release from APD said.

Austin police said the incident happened early Saturday, around 2:10 a.m. Police did not say where the robbery happened.

The suspects, a woman and a man, were involved in a verbal argument with a group of women who were in town for a bachelorette party. APD said one woman was "violently assaulted" by the female suspect.

Austin Police described the first suspect as a Hispanic female between 25 and 40-years-old. She has tattoos on one arm, both thighs and on the side of her torso. She was last seen wearing a white T-shi
