CAMPBELL HILL — There’s no doubt that the road to a Black Diamond Conference championship in girls golf this fall runs through west Jackson County as the Trico Pioneers are the prohibitive favorite.

Head coach Tyler Coleman returns All-Stater Whitney Lovel to the fold. Only a junior, Lovel placed 17th at the state meet a year ago. She was also the conference medalist; placed second at the Class 1A regional meet and earned a Top 10 finish at the sectional.
