A seventh person is facing charges and has been arrested after a violent brawl in downtown Cincinnati late last month.

The incident unfolded on West Fourth and Elm streets early on July 26. Cincinnati police say the incident began as a verbal altercation that quickly turned physical. Advertisement

Six people were charged for their alleged roles in the violence, and now, a seventh person is charged with robbery in connection with the brawl.

Cincinnati police said surveillance video shows the suspect taking a gold chain off one of the victims while he was being beaten on the ground. Police said the suspect then pulled out his phone and began recording the fight.
