DC's judge, prosecutor shortages in focus as city sees increased federal agents on patrol

Even though the White House has deployed the National Guard and federal law enforcement officers to D.C. streets, more arrests may not mean quicker justice for victims because of judge and prosecutor shortages plaguing the city's court system.
