Taylor Swift has announced the upcoming release of her 12th studio album, 16 months after her 11th album, The Tortured Poets Department.

Following a countdown on her website that ended at 12:12am on August 12, a clip was posted on social accounts that showed Taylor unveiling the LP cover to Travis Kelce and his brother Jason Kelce on the New Height podcasts.

Taylor's video confirms f an speculation that she would drop her next album after orange-themed motifs began to appear on her social media, hinting at her newest era, but she also shared the title.

In the video, Taylor explained the new album release further, with Taylor showing Travis and his brother Jason the cover art for the record.
