NEW YORK — Taylor Swift has announced her 12th studio album, "The Life of a Showgirl."

The Grammy-winning singer-songwriter made the announcement early Tuesday in a short clip from her upcoming appearance on New Heights, the podcast hosted by boyfriend Travis Kelce and his brother Jason, on a new episode that will premiere Wednesday. In the clip, Swift pulls the new album — with the cover blurred — from a box and reveals it to the hosts.

The album will be available for pre-order on Swift's website. The release date was not shared in the short clip.
