A Silver Alert was issued on behalf of a 90-year-old man last seen in Newhall Monday.
Carlos Terminel was last seen on Monday at approximately 4 p.m. near Valley Street and Happy Valley Drive, according to the California Highway Patrol, which activated the alert on behalf of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Terminel was described as a 5-foot-6-inch-tall man weighing 130 pounds with gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue sweater, black pants, and brown shoes.
Anyone with information regarding Terminel’s whereabouts was urged to call 911.
The CHP established the Silver Alert program to issue and coordinate alerts involving the unexplained or suspicious disappearances of elderly, developmentally disabled or cognitively impaired individuals.
