Investment industry advocacy associations are rebranding and refocusing their mandates as they adjust to an evolving marketplace and regulatory environment.
In June, the Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC) changed its name to the Canadian Forum for Financial Markets (CFFiM), or “The Forum” for short, says its president and chief executive officer Laura Paglia.
The move follows other rebrands from major industry organizations in the past two years and the entrance of a new competitor.
