Frederick County and the city of Frederick on Monday released a draft for the community’s climate and energy action plan, seeking public input on the comprehensive project.

The plan developed by the county and city — in partnership with the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments and in collaboration with the community — provides strategies for addressing climate change impacts in the region and aims to improve the lives of residents.
