Sullivan University has seen massive changes. Here's a rundown

Sullivan University put its only residence hall for sale, moved to an off-campus housing model and downsized its campus offerings this year.

The Sullivan University system also eliminated positions at both its Lexington and Louisville campuses in May and June.

In August, the institution placed its president on administrative leave. Two days later, Tim Swenson stepped down.

Sullivan University ran a series of billboards this spring around Louisville and along Interstate 65, marketing the institution as the "School of Doing.”

The campaign ran partly to coincide with the approaching end of the school year.
