East Penn Manufacturing Co. has been ranked among America’s best employers for women in 2025 by Forbes and Statista. It is the second time the Berks County-based manufacturer of batteries and accessories has been named to the list.

Forbes and Statista, a market research firm, determined the list by using an independent survey from a sample of more than 140,000 women working for companies that employ at least 1,000 within the U.S., according to a release.

East Penn was ranked No. 479 among 700 other large American companies named to the 2025 list.
