GOLF legend Tiger Woods has been tipped to cross over to football and follow in other celebrities' footsteps by taking over a club.

NFL great Tom Brady has made waves since investing as minority owner in Birmingham in 2023, first seeing the Blues relegated to League One, before returning to the Championship in a record-breaker season after spending big on transfers.

Wrexham have also experienced a tremendous rise ever since Hollywood celebrity pair Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney bought the club in 2020.

Reynolds and McElhenney led the Red Dragons from the National League all the way up to the Championship where they face Brady 's Birmingham.

Blackburn legend Matt Jansen believes there will be more famous people following that trend.
