Buffalo detective indicted in investigation of stolen credit card data

Terrance Michael Ciszek, 34, of Buffalo, has been charged with possession of unauthorized access devices with intent to defraud and making a false statement to a U.S. agency.

Federal prosecutors accused him of accessing a cybercriminal marketplace called Genesis Market that sold packages of stolen digital information that included passwords, employee logins and usernames.
