Roberta's House is putting a spotlight on men's mental health and wellness, creating a safe space for guys to open up.

The organization is opening its doors to men in hopes that they take part and feel lighter, emotionally equipped and part of a community.

"In society, (there aren't) many spaces that really promote and talk about men's mental health and their wellness," said Jay Wilson, the director of operations at Roberta's House.

Roberta's House is creating a safe space for men by elevating men's wellness with a summit that takes a holistic approach. The event to be held Saturday is called " Game Changer: Elevating Men's Wellness Summit ."
