A chemical cleanup crew has been dispatched in Ohio after an incident Wednesday morning.
The Guernsey County Sheriff's Office said they responded to a small chemical incident on North 3rd street.
The chemical incident happened at the Peta Chemical location on North 3rd Street, according to the sheriff's office.
The situation is contained, according to Sheriff Jeffrey Paden.
Officials say the EPA will be on site shortly and a chemical cleanup crew is dispatched.
North 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Streets are closed at Foster Avenue to allow emergency crews space to work.
