The “Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over” campaign is underway in Michigan, aiming to curb impaired driving as the busy Labor Day holiday approaches, according to a community announcement.

The campaign, which runs from Aug. 15 to Sept. 1, involves increased enforcement and messaging about the dangers of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The Michigan State Police, along with county and municipal police agencies, are encouraging safe-driving decisions during this period.
