A Ukrainian drone attack damaged at least 10 apartment buildings in Russia’s southern city of Rostov-on-Don near the border with Ukraine.

Thirteen civilians were injured, according to Acting Governor of the region Yuri Slyusar.

Two of the injured were hospitalized in a serious condition, Slyusar said.

A local state of emergency was declared in Rostov-on-Don after the attack.
