Tennessee residents are coping with the aftermath of deadly flooding that has claimed at least four lives from a record amount of rain that officials say took everyone by surprise. Similar scenes unfolded in Northern Georgia where about 100 people evacuated, many by boat, and Alaska’s capital city of Juneau narrowly avoided catastrophe after a threat of flooding from a massive nearby glacier.
