FARGO — David Lavern Lilley Jr., a high-risk sex offender, has registered as homeless in Fargo.

Lilley, 39, is 5-foot-8, 200 pounds, and has brown eyes and black hair, according to a release from the Fargo Police Department.

Lilley was convicted in 2017 of gross sexual imposition in Cass County District Court, the release said. The victim was a 13-year-old girl.

The North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee determined he has a high risk of re-offending. He is a lifetime registrant.
