CEDAR FALLS (KWWL) – Tay Norman has been working and waiting for years. The UNI senior’s patience is about to pay off.
“It's a breath of fresh air,” said the Panther receiver, “I'm excited for the new opportunity and really looking forward to the season. “
This season is set to be Norman’s fifth in a Panther uniform, but the first where he’s expected to play a big role in the offense.
“I'm not really sure what he has done in the past,” said first-year UNI head coach Todd Stepsis, “All I know is just since we've been here since December he stands out.
He also stood out during his high school days starring at Waterloo West. During his senior season Norman led all of class 4A with over 850 receiving yards and now says his time playing for Coach Lonnie Moore helped get him ready for the ne
