A ‘gripping’ 6-part crime drama has Amazon Prime Video viewers binge-watching the entire series ahead of the weekend.

The streaming service has faced criticism in recent weeks over its film output, with Ice Cube’s adaption of The War of the Worlds being demolished by reviewers.

Rather than following the Stven Spielberg 2005 adaption in delivering action, the film sees the rapper staring at a computer screen for over 90 minutes.

On top of this, Eddie Murphy’s latest comeback vehicle The Pickup has fans of the legendary comic divided on if it was a good use of his time.

Despite this, the steamer has certainly been delivering the goods when it comes to its TV content, with The Summer I Turned Pretty dominating online chatter.
