Lana Del Rey is using her latest song to air out some drama with fellow singer Ethel Cain .

On Wednesday, Del Rey posted a snipped of a new song to Instagram which included the lyrics “Ethel Cain hated my Instagram post / Think it’s cute reenacting my Chicago pose.”

The social media cold war between the two singers seems related to Cain dating Del Rey’s ex, Salem’s Jack Donoghue. In 2022, both singers posted pictures with Donoghue — Del Rey’s was in front of a Chicago jail , Cain’s was outdoors — which seems to have inspired the “reenacting my Chicago pose” line.

Also in the song are the lyrics, ““The most famous girl at the Waffle House,” which was the headline of a 2022 profile of Cain in The New York Times.
