Rotary teams up with park and zoo to help raise $1.5 million

The playground at Riverview Park and Zoo is ready for a $1.5-million accessibility makeover, thanks to a new partnership with the Rotary Club of Peterborough.

The play areas in the city’s park and zoo will get upgrades, including widened, level pathways with smooth new surfaces, new seating areas with shade structures, new stairs for the 80-foot superslide, and more.
