An Ohio man is facing multiple assault charges after he allegedly failed to disclose his HIV-positive status to his sexual partners.

According to cops in Colerain Township, a suburb of Cincinnati, the investigation began on May 1 when they received a report that 37-year-old Troy Taylor "knowingly engaged in sexual activity with the victim without disclosing his HIV-positive status." Detectives began investigating and arrested Taylor on July 14 on a charge of second-degree felonious assault .
