An owner who illegally set up a static caravan and access routes in Balquhidder has been hit with enforcement action. ‌

Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority has issued a warning about the "concerning trend" of small plots being marketed with "misleading potential" for various uses within the National Park. ‌

This week, backed by Police Scotland , the Park Authority Officers served an Enforcement Notice regarding the unauthorised placement of a static caravan and associated access works at Stroneslaney Road, in Balquhidder. The owner is now required to remove these as they have ignored all previous requests to do so. ‌
