(KRON) -- The outstanding suspect in a homicide that took place in April in San Jose was arrested this week in Colorado, according to the San Jose Police Department. Kevin Le, 25, was one of five suspects wanted in connection to a homicide that took place in the early hours of the morning on April 1.

Officers responded to a residence in the 90 block of Sunset Court at 3:57 a.m. on a report of a person shot. At the scene, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.

The victim was transported to the hospital, where they were pronounced deceased.
