PERRYVILLE, Mo. (KFVS) - Two Perryville Missouri men plead guilty in federal court to running a wire fraud scheme that defrauded the investors of their financial planning business.
Darrell Niswonger and James Johnson admitted their guilt before Judge Stephen Limbaugh at the Cape Girardeau federal courthouse just a short time ago.

Niswonger pleaded guilty to five felony counts of wire fraud, 1 count of securities fraud, and 1 count of investment advisor fraud. All seven counts were felonies.
Johnson pleaded guilty to three felony counts: 1 count of wire fraud, 1 count of securities fraud, and 1 count of investment advisor fraud.
