Tarek El Moussa got a win in his battery case that stemmed from an altercation in Las Vegas.

According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on Friday, August 15, the judge dismissed El Moussa’s misdemeanor battery charge on August 5. That status change came after El Moussa, 43, completed “impulse control counseling” and stayed “out of trouble.”

News broke in June that El Moussa got into a fight at The Palazzo at The Venetian Resort. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirmed to Us that they responded to a call at 11:06 p.m..
