“Presentation is key,” said Ralph Theodore — older brother of Cornwall resident Lee Theodore — reiterating words of wisdom his brother once shared with him when they were just teenagers.

Chuckling, Theodore remembered his brother saying this phrase after he splayed all of his older brother’s clothes on a bed in order to carefully select the perfect outfit. Ralph Theodore was seeking support from Lee before his first-ever job interview at a Payless Shoes in the late 1990s.

With the perfect fit on, the two brothers walked to the Dixie Mall in Mississauga, about 15 minutes from their home, Lee lifting up his brother’s spirits and confidence all the while. Looking and feeling his best, Ralph Theodore landed the job.

“He was the best guy to have beside you,” said Theodor
