Lewis Hamilton's first year in Ferrari red has been everything but smooth, and the Hungarian Grand prix was another reminder of how tough 2025 has been for the seven-time world champion.

At a track where he holds a record eight wins, Hamilton qualified and finished a distant 12th - then stunned fans by calling himself "useless" and even suggesting Ferrari should "probably change driver."

The comments sparked fresh speculation about whether Hamilton might cut short his multi-year Ferrari contract. But midway through the summer break, the 40-year-old took to social media with a simple message alongside photos of his dog Roscoe : "back soon."
