LOUISIANA – Louisiana has taken legal action against the online gaming platform Roblox, accusing it of creating an environment where sexual predators can easily target children.

The lawsuit was filed in state court by the Louisiana Attorney General. It claims that Roblox has not implemented effective safety measures to protect its young users.

This is not the first time the company has faced legal challenges. Roblox has historically been criticized for not doing enough to ensure the safety of children on its platform.

Last month, a lawsuit emerged in Iowa involving a 13-year-old girl. She was allegedly introduced to an adult predator on Roblox, kidnapped, trafficked across multiple states, and raped.

Roblox stated, “We can’t comment on pending litigation.”
