LEDGEVIEW (NBC26) — A devastating fire Wednesday night destroyed a Ledgeview home, leaving a family of seven with only the clothes on their backs.

It's the family of Kelly Losey, an account executive here at NBC 26.

On Thursday afternoon, we spoke with her daughter, Madison Losey.

"All of our memories were in there," said Madison.

Madison says she was not home at the time of the fire. Instead, she rushed over from a friend's house where she witnessed the fire consuming her childhood home in minutes.

The blaze was so intense it damaged neighboring houses as well.

"Statistically, I know that you only really have four minutes before everything is completely gone," said Madison.

Despite the overwhelming loss, Madison quickly launched a GoFundMe campaign at 1 a.m. Thursday
