A Stirling brewery has had its liquor licence suspended after the owner was charged in a drug trafficking case. The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) issued an order to immediately suspend Longtooth Beverage Company’s licence on Thursday. The action is in response to charges laid by the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) against Lucas Ferrill, Longtooth’s owner and sole proprietor, for his alleged role in a drug trafficking operation.

Charges against the 41-year-old Ferrill include possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine, psilocybin and LSD, as well as possession of proceeds of crime over $5,000.
