SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) -- As the new school year approaches, Shippensburg Area School District teachers will work under an expired contract.
The Shippensburg Area Education Association, a union representing more than 250 teachers and educators, said it's been negotiating with the district for a new contract since January.
