Playboy is moving its global headquarters from Los Angeles to Miami Beach, where it will also open a new club. The headquarters will be situated at the top of a luxury office building and will feature studios designed to support Playboy's expanding creator network. The new club will include a restaurant and a members-only section, drawing inspiration from the iconic Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles.

Ben Kohn, CEO of Playboy Inc., expressed enthusiasm about the move. "Miami Beach is among the most dynamic and culturally influential cities in the country, making it the ideal home for Playboy’s next chapter," he stated in a recent announcement.

The company has a long history, with the first issue of Playboy Magazine published in 1953. That issue famously featured Marilyn Monroe on the cover and included a nude photo of her as the "Sweetheart of the Month."

Playboy opened its first club in 1960 in Chicago, which was the company's headquarters at that time. Over the years, Playboy expanded its club presence globally. However, in 2020, the company shifted its focus away from print, ceasing the publication of its monthly magazine and concentrating on online content.
