The Minnewaska girls tennis team started off the 2025 season strong with a 7-0 sweep over Park Rapids on Friday.

Rachel Rankin, Olivia Danielson, Ariana Quelle, and Clara Rankin earned singles wins for Minnewaska, while the teams of Alia Randt/Norah Vanzee, Kaylen Blair/Addy Heid, and Peyton Sundheim/Adysen Hess earned doubles wins for Minnewaska.

The Osakis Silverstreaks began the 2025 season with a pair of 4-3 losses on Friday to Pequot Lakes and Thief River Falls.

Three singles wins and one doubles win gave Pequot Lakes a 4-3 win over Osakis, while three doubles wins and a singles win gave Thief River Falls the 4-3 win.

Leah Maddock went 2-0 for Osakis on Friday.
