Baskin Livestock told to remove barriers in city

BATAVIA — The city Fire Department has told Baskin Livestock on Howard Street to address barriers on its property that present public safety concerns.

In a letter to Baskin Livestock owner Bill Baskin, Fire Chief Joshua Graham the city saw numerous physical barriers placed at 20 Howard St. restricting all vehicle access to the property and the Graham Manufacturing building.
