But instead of viewing that as a concern — the kind of pessimism that might stem from losing the likes of second-round NFL Draft pick Luther Burden III and the ever-reliable Theo Wease Jr. and Mookie Cooper — the coach sees a blank canvas.

Yes, Mizzou’s pass-catchers will face the challenge of turnover in 2025. The Tigers are returning 26% of their total receiving yards from the 2024 season. Only two receiving touchdowns are back from last year’s roster.

But there was a distinct lack of alarm entering fall camp.
