Clark County School District Board member Brenda Zamora said there have been rumors of immigration enforcement that appears to be affecting school attendance.

While she didn’t have data of declining enrollment, she said CCSD is reaching out to immigrant families that may be keeping their children home out of fear and reminding them that kids will be safe at school.
