Intel didn't announce the Core Ultra 7 "254V" as of what we can confirm from all the reports on Lunar Lake. Even on the official website, there is no mention of the 254V processor, but apparently it exists, at least as per a leaked benchmark on PassMark. The official Lunar Lake lineup only has four Core Ultra 7 processors, including 268V, 266V, 258V, and 266V. The next lineup is the Core Ultra 5, starting with 226V and ending at 238V.
