(WPTA) - President Donald Trump has invited Indiana lawmakers to the White House for a late August visit as the push for mid-cycle redistricting in the Hoosier State continues.

Political newsletter Punchbowl News reported on Friday morning that Trump invited all Republican state legislators to the White House on Tuesday, Aug. 26.

While the agenda for the meeting is not clear, it is being held just weeks after Vice President JD Vance visited Indiana to discuss redistricting with Governor Mike Braun and legislative leaders.
