When the “Project Runway” hosts say you have one day to finish a design, you have one day, Nantucket native Madeline Malenfant told The Inquirer and Mirror.
“I definitely thought that there must be people who are helping them, there must be hacks or something that we’re not seeing,” said Malenfant, a contestant on this season of the popular fashion-design series. “I think it was less than I thought it was. They challenged us, like 12 hours, that was a big shock to me.”
On July 31, “Project Runway’s” 21st season premiered featuring Malenfant, 31, as one of the 12 designers set to compete for a $200,000 cash prize.
