Olympic and world champion Camryn Rogers of Richmond, B.C., won the women's hammer throw at a Diamond League meet in Chorzow Poland on Saturday.

Reigning Olympic champion and world champion Ethan Katzberg of Nanaimo, B.C. grabbed second place in the men's hammer throw after launching a 79.30 metre throw on his fifth attempt.
