NICKELODEON star Drake Bell has filed for divorce from his estranged wife - three years after they originally split.

Drake , 39, tied the knot with Janet Von Schmeling in 2018 after five years of dating .

However, their separation was made public in January 2023 and Janet filed for divorce a few months later in April.

In her papers, their separation date was cited as September 2022 and she requested primary legal and physical custody of their son, Wyatt.

Now Drake has finally filed a petition in Seminole County, Florida .

TMZ reports the Drake & Josh star submitted his documentation on Thursday.

Meanwhile Janet has been in a relationship with Jim Perez since 2023, making their romance public in October of that year.
