Four people were injured in a string of stabbings and one shooting late Friday and early Saturday morning, according to the Denver Police Department.

Officers responded to three stabbings and one shooting in the city’s Hampden, Capitol Hill, Green Valley Ranch and West Colfax neighborhoods, the agency said in social media posts.

One man was injured in a stabbing in the 9800 block of East Iliff Avenue, police said at 9:56 p.m. Friday. Further information about his injuries was not available, and one person was arrested.
