SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- After two years of bringing immersive art experiences to San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter, WNDR San Diego has announced it will officially close its doors on Monday, Sept. 1.

The interactive museum, known for blending technology and art into multi-sensory exhibits, shared the news Friday, thanking the community for its continued curiosity and creativity since opening.

“We’re very proud of what we got to accomplish these last few years,” said Kadija Alzate, General Manager of WNDR San Diego. “We hope that the San Diego community continues to celebrate the rich, diverse arts community in this city and that what WNDR stands for continues to live on in our guests.”
