SPARTANBURG, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - The Spartanburg Police Department said that they responded to a shooting incident at an apartment late Friday.
Police said that they responded to the Prince Hall Apartments around 10:25 p.m. While en route, police received two calls about check shots in the area.
Officials said that one of the callers stated that three juveniles took off on foot behind the buildings after the shooting.
Police said they canvassed the area and found a hole that appeared to be from a bullet at Building 1, but were unsure it was related to the incident. No further damage or shell casings were found.
Several residents were outside but none wished to speak to police, according to officials.
